Registration and login

Signing up / Registering

Go to “Become Our Customer” and follow the steps to register a customer account.

Signing in

Go to “My Account”

Enter your username (or email address) and password.

If you forget your username, please contact AUFS.

If you forget your password, please select “Lost Your Password?” then follow the instructions.

You may need to activate your account for the first-time login. Otherwise, you will receive a warning notification. The activation link is sent to your mailbox.

Closing account

Please send your request for closing account to AUFS.
